How to win :

1. Complete the original entry form(published in The Star every day Monday – Sunday). Tick the answers clearly and include the creative sign-off. Fill in personal particulars clearly in BLOCK LETTERS.
2. Paste the entry form onto a manila card or postcard with a 30 cents stamp
3. Mail your entries to the address stated on the entry form OR
4. Submit to the collection centres (list available on the website)
