How to win :
- Submit a proposal! Check out KOMAS' proposal guide if you need some help in that department
- Videos should be between 15 and 30 minutes. They can be in the form of documentary, docudrama, animation and graphic
Prize:
Three of the best proposals will be awarded a grant of RM6,000 each and will be supported by KOMAS to make it come to life
Deadline: 17 May 2010
